Default Valve cover questions.

I have an 00 GT with a 4v swap. I need to remove my 97 valve covers to the COP style 99. 01 cobra. One, will they work? (97 to 99 valve cover) Two, can i remove the vavle cover with the engine installed in the car?

Yes they can be removed with the engine in it is very tight but can be done. TO make it easier I like to undo one motor mount at a time and tilt the engine a little. and than repeat for the other side.
You will want 99/04 4V covers or Some 97 and all 98 Mark VIII covers are COP.
FYI I do have a set of COP 4V covers that I have stripped down just waiting for someone to tell me what color they want them powder coated. Hint, Hint

^^

Do it. BraMas powdercoated my valve covers, for an awesome price. All the money and things I spent on my car, I think the valve covers are one of my favorite things on it.
