Is it worth spending money on an aftermarket throtle body? Is there any kind of HP gain?

Yes, but the one that you'l need depends on how mod your engine is, if it is still basically stock a 70 mm TB will be just fine. BBK is the best.<IMG style="WIDTH: 57px; HEIGHT: 45px" height=25 src=smileys/smiley14.gif width=57 border="0">

FRPP is the best bud, &amp; a throttle body will only help you if you change the upper intake, &amp; air induction [read: m.a.m., or blower]<edited><editID>GSXRIntensity</editID><editDate>37944.0586921296</editDate></edited>

you won't see much difference unless you are heavily modded. you will get as much increase out of polishing your stock TB than increasing the size.

Stock is not 70mm. It's 62mm, or 65mm. I have a 70mm on mine now.</P>

don't waste yourn money on a t/b unless you are going to do mass air, or a blower.
