I personally think the tb is gonna be a waste of money. Thats just my opinion. Your gonna pay 200+ to get what like 4rwhp? Everyone claims they feel a big difference honestly i dont think your gonna feel much besides a little throttle response. And i dont know about you but paying 200 dollars so i get a little better throttle response isnt really worth it to me. And as far as manifolds i dont think there is one that is that great for our motors yet. From everything ive heard the typhoon sucks. I honestly dont know what else is out there.

IMO the manifold is a total waste of money for you at this point. I would probably do the TB only because you seem to have all the other bolt ons right now, so why not complete the list. You migh gain 5 hp and a little throttle response, but it won't be something that's drastically noticable.

+1 I made the same Hp numbers at every power level I was at with stock manifolds. 260na, 440@10lbs, 488w/cam @ 10lbs all with manifolds

TB is worthless imo. Just save up for a blower

Fobra...haven't you been reading her threads? She is going for 500rwhp N/A on the stock block and she doesn't want f/i or nitrous. And like sxynerd said, with LTs I think she will be at her goal lol

Haha no way this is that same op?! too funny... so 500rwhp with nice looking shorty headers. seems plausible...

The dyno didn't show any gain from long-tubes on my car, but I'm running them through a catted x-pipe.

Wow...really? I gained 20 rwhp and 57 rwtq on the juice with just long tubes. I already had a MRT catted h that i swapped for a BBK shorty catted h.

in oregon emissions testing is done, not with an obdII scanner but with a sniffer so as long as you have cats, i dont see why she could fail emissions. there is a loop hole in oregon though, if you live in a rural town/city with a population of less than ~25,000 then emissions testing is not necessary. i tell the state of oregon that i live way out in the country at my dads place and i have no emissions testing

I have both vehicles straight piped. No mufflers or cats. IDC about emissions. It's whatever.
