Red face A Video Of Tranny Rattle

Soo this has been going on for a while now and i really can not get rid of this rattle, it is the most annoying thing on earth, but i did manage to pinpoint where it was coming from, it sounds as if its coming from the inside the transmission or around it and this rattle only seems to come out when its between two and three rpms, but only when im lightly pressing the gas and not when i stomp on it.
There is no loss of power everything is running great! Im just getting really tired of this rattle and i want to get rid of it
So i got a video of what it sounds like and maybe someone hear has had something similar or close to this and could help me out
Thanks!

Is it an auto or a manual tranny? If it's a manual, press the clutch in and see if it stops. Does it do it while not in gear?

It is a manual,
And it does not do it at idle at all. It does it in all 5 gears and its almost as i can feel it rattling in the clutch when im switching gears, My neighbor just told me something was loose not to worry about it too much but i just want to make it go away

does it make the sound in neutral with the clutch engaged when you rev it between 2-3k?

I don't think it is the throw out bearing. I could be wrong but my car is making a noise that I have come to decide that it is the throw out bearing and this doesn't sound like the video noise nor does it sound like it from his description.
