Default K&N Cold Air Intake installation question

I've got a '96 GT and am installing this kit. It says to use an 11/16" drill bit for the air temp sensor grommet but for the life of me I can't find one under $25. Has anyone used a 3/4" bit since they're readily available and only 1/16" wider?

Well, I decided to try it on a piece of plastic first and it worked fine so I went for it and had no issues. Worked out OK with a 3/4" drill bit.
