Starting issues..grrr >.<
i seem to have issues starting the car sometimes and im starting to think that the Fuel pressure regulator might be going out. Sometimes when I attempt to start the car, it will almost turn over. If it doesnt, i have to pull the key out, mash the gas to the floor and then it fires up.
Any suggestions?
1998 GT
Underdrive pullies, long tube Mac headers, no cats or mufflers, off-road H-pipe, 3.73 gears, subframe connectors, eibach 1" lower, short shifter, PI intake manifold, small bore, rebuild with new OEM internals (got that for free)
Any suggestions?

I think you may be using the wrong terminology here. DO you mean that sometimes it tries to fire but doesn't actually being running? "turn over" is commonly expressed as the starter literally cranking over the motor. If not, and you really mean that you are having troubles with it turning over, then start with the electrical stuff, started battery etc. But I think you meant that it just doesnt fire up without mashing the gas. If this is the case...Fuel filter is the first thing to replace-you should do that every 10-15k miles anyways. The IAC could also be a culprit, which I see you have addressed. Next would be the C.O.P.'s. check my sig for the sticky on that one.
