Default Problem with 2000 GT

I have a problem with a Mustang I just bought.

After it warms up, when I get on the gas, it falls on its face.

One person said to check the COP and another person said it might be a coolant sensor but I put it on a computer and no codes came up and no engine lights came on.

Does anyone have any ideas where I should start looking?

Thanks guys for any help, I'm stumped!

Did all these problems start after installing these parts?

Do you have a check engine light?

The problem was there before putting on the parts. There is no check engine lights on. The car starts fine but it only happens after the car is running for a while. The temp is fine but it seems to happen after driving for a while.
