What kinda catback do you have?
off-road mid pipes are the loudest....if you want to go quieter then pretty much any catted midpipe will do the job.
If you have a straight-through muffler type aftermarket catback then that plays a part in it as well. You could also swap the catback for a chambered one.

i have the same set up. a bbk o/r X pipe and magnaflow cat back with magnapacks. i get so many complements on the sound, and cops never give me problems, just don't shift at 3k when you pass a cop. i normally shift at 2000-2200 and never had any problems being too loud

MRT all the way 100% stainless great quality and fit. I had a bbk o/r x pipe that i took off after about two weeks of drivin to raspy and crackly. i got the matchin catted h pipe for the mrt cat back and couldnt be happier.

Do you have any clips of your setup? I used to have a MRT catted h, and almost went with their cat back as well.

hey. i have an mrt catted h as well. it sounds awesome at WOT without being obnoxiously loud. it has a slight rumble at low rpms. check into it. it does command a pretty penny though since its a top notch product.
you might have luck finding a used one from someone switching to an o/r pipe, an x pipe or a shorty mid pipe. take a look...
