Default Convertible not working

Hey guys wats going on, kinda new here but ive been on this site and looks real interesting and helpful, so here i am. Any how, my top no longer goes down, parking brake is on and every thing, but it is still not going down. When ever im pressing the button to bring it down, i hear nothing. I was wondering if it could be a fuse, but i dont know where the fuses are located. I had this porblem since two weeks ago. Before then it had worked well. About a couple of days a go i got my oil changed and was told my battery terminals were corroded. I cleaned them today, thinking that might solve the problem but to no avail. Im at a loss here guiys, please help me out, thanks.

convertible top fuse is in the fuse box under the hood just infront the driver's side strut tower. It's in the front row second from the driver's side.
