Default Aprox labor cost to replace warn valve seals?

My buddies Mustang has a little bit of blue smoke come out when he first turns it on in the morning. This doesn't happen every time, but it does happen quite often. How much would you think that would cost to fix? It's a GT I think 99

my guess would be $300-400 (plus parts) depending on where you go. Sounds like its time for some cams!
