Default Oiling JLT RAI

Does anyone know how much oil (in grams or ounces) the JLT RAI needs when cleaning (96-2004 GT)? I've searched everywhere and can't find an answer. I dont want to over/under oil the filter, thanks.

Well if it's anything like the K&N filters, I think they say that you can't really over oil it. I always just spray it until it turns completely red. Then I let it soak in for about 10 minutes and then I wipe off the access outside and in

The oil comes in a squeeze bottle, so ill just go over it really light and see if there are any spots that look bare. It says to oil the filter every 3000 miles which seems a little excessive to me. I'll be sure to wipe the excess off so I dont ruin the MAF.

if i remember correctly u hold it upright and start oiling from the top and it will bleed down. thats what i did with my k&n when i bought a squeeze bottle. then just restart where it stops going down to get the rest.
