I'm building a 5 liter stroker for my 02 GT. I'd like to get either FRPP PI heads or patriot performance 4.6/5.4 heads. What kind of performance will I see with the ford racing heads and will it be much less than the patriot performance heads? (if at all) Keep in mind Im building this engine on a budget and the FRPP heads are around $800 and the Patriot Performance heads are around $1600. Also can I put the ford racing heads on my block after I bore it .020 over?

your car already has the pi heads on it. 99-04 all have pi heads on them. 96-98 didnt. look into some trick flow 2v heads.

If you're on a budget you might want to look into Modular Head Shop stage 1 PI heads. They're $895 a pair.

Youll gain zero hp with the PI heads,Your car already has the PI heads on it lol..i'd go trickflow heads with a foxlake port job. they flow pretty well, i think it was like 263 cfms on the intake side and i forget the exhaust.
