Default Mach 1 stock radio/amp help

I have the mach audio in my 02 gt(not the 460). I have already installed a head unit, amp and subwoofer. I have a alpine mrv f352 5 channel that I want to use to power my front and maybe rear speakers. while installing my new head unit I realized that the head unit powers the little speakers in the door and the amps in the back power the speakers in the lower part of the door. What would be the easiest way to wire this amp up? The only way I can think of is run all new wires but I wanted to be able to converter back to the stock setup as essay as possible if need be. I was thinking maybe I will forget about the back speakers and run the top front door speakers on channel one and two and run the lower speakers with channel three and four.
