ok so today I put aeromotive unit back on. took all wire connections apart and re-coated the terminals with dielectric grease. re-checked all visible vac lines (only one I missed is under manifold) cleaned maf and t/b went over all bolts on manifold and t/b to ensure proper torque re-checked all plugs wires and coil packs. checked exhaust for leaks none present. drove car about 20 miles and still get codes 1132 and 1152 but scanner says they are pending. emission controls all checked out according to scanner. by the way the scanner I am using is called autoxray. so today I ordered a automotive multimeter off ebay instead of replacing sensor after sensor now I will be able to test them 1 by 1. I will be pissed if I gotta tear engine apart to find this but damn it if I have to I will. I am worried that the vac line under manifold maybe the cause but there is only one way to find that out. I'm so frustrated right now I'm thinking of just paying a ford tech to fix it they have more comp equipment then I could ever afford. but then they always come with well we cant duplicate the problem or well you need a new engine crap or your car is too modified we need to put all factory stuff back on. grrrr

Any vacuum leak will mess things up on an EFI system...

I been reading other car forums and stuff not mustangs but other fords and other people that had them codes. the line under manifold seems to be the most common prob for the 1132 1152 1130 1131 1151 codes. I'm really not looking forward to taking manifold off right now thats a 4 hr job in a heated garage but still damn. and it would suck to find it ok. I paid frickin money to one them ask a ford tech sites but no replies as of yet (is weekend tho).

Any updates? I had a similar problem with my 98 GT, I just kept driving it and eventually noticed coolant being burned up in the exhaust. So I'm in the process of doing a ported PI head swap Still not 100% sure what the problem was unless it was related to my head gasket problem.
Let us know what you find out please.

Any word on this yet? I just put an O/R X pipe on my 07 and a couple days later the tranny light came on and the exhaust started smelling really rich.
