Default Whole lotta trouble after not starting for 2 months

Left car over holidays, hasn't been ran in 2 months. Before that I used to start it every now and then. Basically clutch clicking, so that's throw out bearing. Also two cylinders not firing. Could be plugs, could be injectors.

Basically I'm taking her tomorrow to my mechanic. But before I do that, I wonder if I can put some snake oil or something into fuel system to revive it?

Also, is it a big deal changing plugs on 01 GT? There are no wires I see, only coil overs, and those are located under fuel rails. How hard would it be to change plugs, what's the procedure?

I'm putting my money on plugs, I hope it's just that. Would be nice to swap those before I take it to the shop, save some cash.

Another thing, and this one is an old one. Front caliper is sticking. Anything could be done to that before swapping the caliper?

Please help.

The gas might be old I would get some fresh fuel in it.

About the caliper there's nothing to do except replace or rebuild it. Make sure the section of brake hose going to the caliper is good.

put some sta-bil in the tank . it will clear out all the water or whatever is in the tank change the plugs and fire it up . my guess is itll run like a champ try that. as far as the caliper like the guy said above either replace or rebuild. your better off replacing it OEM calipers are not that expensive

How to replace plugs? Never done it on car with coil overs. Is it how I think it is?

Cut fuel cut off switch in the back (where?). Start and burn off fuel in fuel lines. WD-40 on fuel rail bolts and coil over bolts and everything I'm gonna unbolt. Take off one side fuel rail. Take off one coil over at a time and replace plug?

I don't know, I never done it. Please advice asap.

.edit

never mind. found a guide on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4aeWiFre5C8

Basically right side requires special fuel rail removal tool. I don't have that, nor I have a garage. Just gonna take it to mechanic. But before I do that I'll put some fuel into it, maybe it will go away.

you dont need a "special fuel rail removal tool"....just pop the rail off and make sure the o-rings are still good when you pop it back onto the injectors....might drip a little fuel at first, but thats fine...literally, just pull up on the rail to get it off the injectors

gonna watch the video though, just to see what youre talking about since ive never heard of such a thing

**edit...oh i see what youre saying, the quick disconnect

ignore that guy....you dont need to disconnect the fuel line, or remove the rail from the car...pop it off the injectors, and move it out of the way with the fuel line still connected to it...just make sure to check the injector o-rings before you put it back on...they should be fine, just dont lose any

Just got back from Mechanic. It's not fuel injector, since plug was wet. Not plug either. And there is spark. He saying it's a stuck valve. They working on it now. Hope they could put something into it to unstuck it. Hate to see them take off valve cover or head to fix it. That would suck bad.

Well I stuck through diagnosis. So there is nothing fishy there. Plus I trust the guy, he's my friend. He done compression test on it, no compression on that cylinder. He also took valve cover off, one valve was stuck. They taking off head now to send it to machine shop.

I don't have license, used to drive it without license, until coppers pulled me over. Told me if they catch me again they'll take me and tow the car. So for the past 2 or maybe ever 3 years all I did was start it maybe once a month. Drive it maybe once half a year. Last time I started it was before holidays. Sounded good. Now, time for it has come.

Not driving and letting it sit is the worst thing you could do, I know that already.

Oh well, I'm selling it after this. No luck with the license. Next car I buy will be Lada or something.
