Default What to do, Please give some input

OK i just bought a Vortech s trim supercharger and also a complete pi swap kit. Know i was talking to a mechanic and he told me that i would be better off selling my pi kit and just put the supercharger on, because i would be able to use more boost because my compression would be 9:1 and if i added the pi swap my compersion would be 10:1 so i would not be able to run as much boost. Is this true?

If it is true would i benfit from selling the pi kit and just buying some stage 2 comp cams and long tubes for my NPI motor? My goal is to get over 400wrhp eventually.

Thanks for the input

I Would like to be in the 500wrhp but i dont have the money to build the bottom end. So 400-450 wrhp will be fine for right now

Talk to Nick at Modularheadshop, he can set you up with ported NPI heads and cams
