Vert leak: Common problem or just my vert?

mine has a slight leak. I've been using a cheap cover with scotchguard sprayed in the top area. also keeps the uv damage down. Is the top easy or hard to change?

well its kinda easy if you have the staple gun and tools, me and my dad did it but it took two days, but unless you are willing to pay another 400 to install but thats up to you
