Well as of right now it looks like painting is going to have to wait. I woke up this morning to 20mph winds =(
Hopefully later on in the day they will calm down a bit..

Wind finally died down enough for me to get a clean coat of primer on it. I might be able to get it painted tonight but we'll see. I also took pictures so I can do a write up incase anyone else is wanting to do this.

Well it's all painted and looks great! The only thing is the paint isn't as smooth as I'd like it to be. Can I wet sand it with some 1500 grit sand paper to give it a smoother finish? or should I just spray it with a clear coat?

I'd say wet sand it, give it a couple light coats more paint, then clear it. Any one else?

On the front I removed honeycomb,running horse, and went semi flat black there too.

I didn't sand it. I think I'm going to just throw some clear coat over the paint tomorrow
