Default some advice please

i know i posted this earlier but only got one reply so i decided to re name it to see if more people would respind thank you.

hey guys just wanted some input. i have an 01 mustang gt that ive had for 8 months now and decided its time for some upgrades. over the summer i was thinking about putting in full exhaust, intake and probably new gears. for exhaust i was thinking of a combination along the lines of bbk long tube headers and off road x-pipe with sss terminator cat backs. is that a good choice or is there any other combination i would like better? as for the intake im up in the air between any kind, any suggestions there?im kinda new to actually upgradeing my car cause i had a 99 grand am before this. and as for gears im torn between 4.10's and 3.73's. keep in mind this is my daily driver. any help would be awsome.

Go on youtube and find and exhaust combo you like no one can really help you with that it's an opinion thing.

Some people will say to keep your stock intake but just buy a K&N filter. Any of the aftermarket ones will be about the same if you really want to buy one.

4.10's vs. 3.73's is a big debate I don't know what to put in my car yet either search this site theres more threads about gears than anything else.

youtube for exhaust, don't bother with a cai, 4.10s won't effect your gas mileage much if any what makes your gas mileage go down is how the gears make you want to mash the throttle

What transmission do you have? 4.10's for full bolt ons, up to 4.30's with an auto. Nitrous, blower, look at 3.73's or lower w/ 5 speed.

i haave the stock 5 speed but in the long run i know im gunna supercharge it.but that wont be for awhile.i wanna work up to it ya know build the internals so it can handle higer boost right off the bat and not have to worry bout keeping it too low not to mess anything up. im really excited for summer so i can start the work gotta wait till the semesters over and i go home from school. so if i dont go with a cai what other mod would you guys suggest i start out with?im def doin full exhaust and gears for sure.

instead of the overpriced cai get some subframe connectors. best mod i did for sure. once i put them in it was like driving a totally new car. it felt alot tighter in the corners and def helped with launching. thats my 2cents.
