We have a winner, I repair nitrous/boost modular heads all the time for people, it can get ugly.

its nothing with their design...the same damage can occur from any head...most common i would say is piston explosions damaging the heads...often too much boost/spray causes the pistons to go boom

i have one here that the valve seats came out , and the piston exploded due to the car being 2 lean, and not having enough fuel system.
