Sorry, I should have been a little more specific. They will be used for the drag strip and for 'closed road' activities I also will be pairing them with a 15x8 rim from either Jegs or Summit (I know they aren't the best rims, but they are a really good price) Obviously my rear-end can handle a pretty sticky tire but I'm not sure what will be overkill for my power levels as stated above by 72mach

I don't know, from what I've run and most other people have run, I'd say 1.85 on stock suspension is pretty close to spectacular. That being said, I don't know what they're like on a 15" wheel, but my 315/35-17 Nitto DR's can break pretty easy on the track if you don't have just the right touch. That's why I've upgraded my suspension and have a pair of M/T's in the garage waiting for install.

From what I've heard you need to warm the Nittos up slightly longer then M/Ts in order to get them nice an sticky.

Yes, you do. But from anyone I've talked to, there still is no comparison between the two. The M/T is just a stickier tire, longer burnout or not.

I just picked up an MSD Launch Master recently and installed it today. I can't wait to try it out. And it sounds pretty wild, if you're into that kind of thing. Also, if you pick one up, I'd recommend setting up a toggle instead of tapping into the clutch switch.

Yea I love my Two step. I set up mine through my SCT Tuner. I can adjust the launch RPM from 1500 all the way to 6500. I have it set at 2500 right now.
