Default Centerforce clutch

Ok my centerforce clutch i ordered for my 04 gt finally arrived, i just want to make sure i have everything i need before i go out to install it. I have already had my flywheel resurfaced.

Centerforce Dual-Friction series kit
throwout bearing
pilot roller bearing

is there anything else i need to get before i go to install this? i have full lift/tool access needed at my mechanics shop.

I had a Centerforce DF in my 04 GT and hated that clutch. I don't know if it was a bad install or what, but the clutch pedal seemed like it was 10 times stiffer than stock. I just picked up a Mach 1 and the clutch pedal feels lighter than a feather now. My left leg is now the equivelant of He-Man's left leg. The guys at TMS (The Mustang Shop) told me that the CFDF doesn't hold up very well to boost either, and i see your planning on the procharger. You might want to consider taking it back and getting something else.

Mine is heavy too but it's worth it, especially since you are adding forced induction

I have that clutch with a fidanza aluminum flywheel and its great. "Blackened04 u must of had a bad install". Mine grabs and is smooth, and am putting plenty of boost to it. Great clutch, all my friends have got in and drove it and said it was great. It great for boosted cars.

Yeah I must have had a bad install. I had to take the car back to that shop a 2nd time because the throwout bearing was making these crazy squeaking noises. When I had the CFDF clutch it felt like I was pushing 100 lbs with 1 leg on the leg press.
