Default Electrical Problems could it be CCRM?

Hey guys, I'm new to the board and Mustangs so please forgive my newbie questions.
A couple weeks ago I bought a 2000 Mustang GT and it seems to have a few electrical issues and I wondered if they were related.

The problems:
AC compressor does not kick on
Fog lights do not turn one (the light on switch doesn't come on either)
Traction control button does not work
Low coolant light stays on (it is completely full of coolant)

While researching a solution to the AC, i read about a CCRM which is new to me! Are the other functions controlled by this module?
Is it possible for these problems to be related, and how should i go about testing them.

P.S. All fuses are good, but i don't know how to check the relays.

Thanks a lot
