Yeah, with my MPH custom Blower cams, I had to crack the throttle body (adjust the set screw as mentioned above), raise the Idle to 850 and adjust the Idle air values in my tune to correct the stalling and low end stalling/drivability. Every cam is a little different, but the basic idea is the same.

Even with stage II, you should be able to drive to the shop just fine without being tuned. When slowing down and coming to a stop is where you might have stalling issues. Either crack the TB or just keep the RPMs up when coming to a stop. You might have to manipulate the throttle a little bit to get the car started too.

Ya the MHS Stage 2 and the CMS Stage 1 are very similiar. When it comes time for me to get cams I will be getting the MHS cams.

I did stage 1 CMS but I can't speak much on the tune because I also upgraded injectors which meant I had to tune it. Just pick up a sniper special forces tuning kit used and you can very easily make the little adjustments needed. I didn't look at your mods but do you have an aftermarket TB/Plenum? Because I have trick flow pieces and the default setting for the throttle screw had my TPS voltage off and it caused alot of problems till we figured out TPS voltage was low. It would die before the cams coming to a stop like once a month and I never thought anything of it. Once the cams went in it wouldn't run lol. The Sniper software is great and you can datalog right on your laptop. I also picked up a Innovate lc-1 wideband sensor and gauge. This stuff and some help from Cliffy and other forum members is all you need to get into tuning the car yourself I was nervous at first but am starting to understand alot more!
