Default Putting gears in couple questions

I just put 4.10 gears in, Is there any way to sync my tachometer and speedometer without buying a tuner?

There's some kind of Speed Calibrator product but for the price you might as well just buy the tuner.

dallas mustang speedcal. sells for about 100 bucks. considerably less than a tuner (but the tuner you will get much more use out of)

oh I thought it was around $200. It's still not a $10 part like for 1998 and below.

search ebay for a tuner, yes there is the speed caliber adjuster thing for about a 100 but the tuner can turn off the traction control, recal speedometer for a change in tire size and much more. just my HO

You just have to swap out the speedo gear for the one that adjusts for 4.10s. It doesnt make it perfect but its close enough. Its only off by like 4mph. I didnt know you could even use tuners to fix the speedo on our cars cause we have mechanical speedos not electronic. I got mine on ebay for under 10$ including shipping i believe.

Your best off investing in a tuner. It's worth the few extra bucks.

I see you're in MI. Where abouts?

right I was trying to say that it is cheap adjust for 1998 and below because it is mechanical. For 1999 and up it looks like you're going to have to pay at least $100 to get it adjusted.
