Default yet another longtube install question

going to install longtubes on my friends stang in a week or two. the motor is out of the car and I was wondering if we can bolt the headers up and then drop everything in, or if I have to just lay the headers in the bay then bolt them up after the motor is in? I searched for this but couldn't find the answer to this question, altho it's very obvious from the results a lot of people struggle with longtube installs lol. Thanks for any help.

i dont know if theyll fit in there if you bolt them on beforehand. When i had my motor built he just left them in the car and reattached them after the motor was dropped in again.
