Default Turbo Kits

Dropping the car off in the morning for its make over, Having the engine pulled and built, doing forged bottom end lowering the comp to 8.5 and adding new heads and externals, now i just need to get the turbo ordered so they can install that as well. Looking for a good complete intercooler kit any good places to get some good deals would be great.

Looking to run upwards 10-15psi

Yea! Maybe Not.

You need to break out the calculator and compressor maps for this one. Figure out your goals. then go from there. There are tons on sites dedicated to properly sizing a turbo.

If I were going to do a turbo I'd either do an on3 kit or a Hellion and have the Hellion converted to a blow thru setup. I'm a bit sketchy with on3 because of the price, but most people don't seem to be having a problem with it.

If you're basing that off of his previous reply, I'd say he only hates the TT kit, and I'd have to agree with him. I've heard plenty of people argue this, but IMO this is no reason to run a twin kit on a street car, and there is especially no reason to run it on a 2 valve.

Haha yeah i was just being an instigator. I understand the reasons not to go for the TT.
