Alright so for the last two weekends I have been working on the car, and just this past weekend I got it inspected. Well last night, during a simple cruise around the area the check engine light decides to pay me a visit. So i went down to AutoZone and had them run the code. It came back as an EVAP error code, i can't remember the actual code. But this is the second time this code has came up, last time I replaced the EVAP pressure sensor and I thought everything was peachy keen, so much for assuming.
So the two parts that I may need to replace are the purge valve and the charcoal canister. Either of which are very expensive, so I thought I'd stop by and as this question. On the 94-99 V6 Mustangs, would either the purge valve or charcoal canister be compatable with my car, if so I'm going to go to the junk yard and get these of off a 98 V6, just so this damn light will shut off.
