Default How to tell if i have TKO 500 or TKO 600?

I have a 2003 Mustang Gt with a TKO transmission in it. I need to replace the clutch, but I don't know whether I have a TKO 500 or a TKO 600. I know the input shafts are different, which means they use a different clutch. I went to a transmission shop, and the guy told me the only way to tell is to take the transmission out and see which input shaft it has. I would really like to order the clutch before I take it to the shop.

I think you can tell by the driveshaft yolk size as well.

I have a TKO 500 with a 26 spline input shaft
You could get a 10 or 26 with the 500, so who knows

If I have a 10 spline input shaft, I could go with clutch meant for a tr-3650 (11" x 10" x 1-1/16") right?

and if I have the 26 spline input shaft what size clutch would I go with? I was thinking it would be the 11" x 26 x 1-1/8"?

I'm thinking about ordering both clutch kits and then returning the one that I don't need.

Yeah but either way I still need to know which clutch to get. Are those two the correct clutch sizes for the different transmissions
