Hey all,

So the question I have right now is this, i have a 2001 GT with just the CAI, on my way home from a nice overseas deployment and trying to figure out what Tranny to go with... I have plans on stroking the motor after the summer is over and want a trans that can safely handle 500-600 N/A horsepower. The car has the T-3650 in it right now. Does anyone know of any performance rebuild kits or should I go with another trans? Thinking about the T-5/45 type of set up... also wondering what is out there for performance upgrades... can anyone help before I get home and have to stall the project????

thats a tall order. Plan on doin an LSx swap? lol

Promotion makes a stout 3650... so I hear.. Also, a TKO 5/600 is another option

t-56 would be my recommendation.

well i probably won't be hitting 5/600 N/A hp but i would like to know my trans can hold up to it anyway, i've looked at the TKO's, any suggestions on companies websites to start with? Also will the T-45 bolt right up or are there any modifications i need to make???
