yea... im pretty sure im right. lol

if your theory was correct i would not be able to use an auto mach cluster in my 5 speed car. you have to take the circuit board out of your stock cluster and swap it to your new cluster. as far as the "cluster" is concerned it couldnt care less what kind of car it comes from, its the chip that tells it what to do.

the only clusters that need certain attention are 160mph cobra clusters and the 200 mph cluster. you have to get that changed at the dealer so your car will correctly show speed.

K thanks for the help guys, so at this point I've gathered that a gauge cluster from either a Bullitt or Mach 1 will work whether it's auto or manual, just as long as it's not a gauge that goes up to 160-200 otherwise it will have to be recalibrated.

I've been looking and it doesn't look too promising yet. eBay and Craigslist didn't have much, so I made a request on Copartfinder.com, and I'm waiting on that. Any other ideas of where to look?

i have an automatic mach 1 gauge cluster in my car. the redline reads exactly the same as my GT gauges did.

It is possible to custom fab the '05 and up gauges in there. That's what this guy did

That guy really knows his **** though lol If I could fabricate a 2010 gauge cluster myself I surely would, but that takes skill I don't have

I see, thanks. There aren't many junkyards around here but I'll have to take a look, that's probably a good opportunity to find a jem
