i have a 98 cobra and my wife likes to put 87 octane in and say, honey, the check engine light is on again, i use 104 octane booster and wouldn't you know, shortly after, the light goes out! We have 91 , 93 , and 110 at various pumps around here, but you can tell the difference between 87 with octane booster and 91 or 93, but , at least no pinging with booster added. (110 can only be pumped into containers, not actual cars)
