Unhappy NEED HELP !!!!

I have a stock 96 GT and when its cold I can shift into any gear with no problems, but when the car is warmed up or been driven more then 20 miles it will die when I come to a stop or will die if i put it into any gear, I read somewhere that it could be a tourqe converter problem or ignition problem can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction ????

well if your a manual which im guessing you are cause your talking about shifting you dont have a torque converter so that eliminates that. I would clean your iac and change your fuel filter these are the most common solutions with idle issues. Let us know if that doesnt fix it.

I had a different car that wouldn't stay cranked when i put it in gear. Found out it was a bad wire on my alternater. Not sure if it's your issue but worth checking out.
