Default HELP car wont run right

alright guys if i can get any help it would be awesome

problem: car runs like crap until 3500-4 or higher boost started after i swapped out the clutch

things we have looked for: wiring harness that i pinched when swapping the clutch out, o2 sensors, power to o2 sensors and the rest of the wiring harness, spark plugs, and COP's.

me and my mechanic are at a loss of what it could be

I assume we are talking about the Cobra?

Dis-connecting the battery would have cleared the KAM, forcing the PCM to learn new idle air and long term fuel trims--but it shouldn't run like crap.

What mods do you have?

Are there any DTCs?

Have you data logged it to see what the timing and fuel trims look like?

Do you have a wide band O2 sensor to see what the AFR looks like?

Double-check the pinched harness and check any related fuses...

Heavily modded it's not inconceivable that the adaptive learning crap will need to settle in, however I really don't think that would be it--any possibility something on the back of the engine got dislodged/??? when you tilted it back to pull the tranny?

At lower engine speeds and loads you would likely be in closed loop, malfunctioning O2 sensor(s) could make it run like crap?

so what IS the DTC that lead you to Bank 2? there are several and each one means something slightly different. Is it a not ready code Bank 2 Sensor 1/2 or Heater slow to respond Bank 2 sensor 1/2??

"Right bank" from the driver's seat? I.e. passenger side--bank 1?
