Default quick injector question.

Looking to go to AM or RPMOUTLET.com and pick up some 42 or 60lb injectors, are these direct swap, or will i have to get adapters or anything else besides just the injectors. Its stock as of now, putting the procharger on with 255lph pump. just buy the injectors and thats it? or other hardware with it?

To physically install the injectors this is all you would need. However you can not just install them and expect the engine to run.

The tune will need to be modified or the car will run pig-rich in open loop, and the fuel trims will be pegged at -25% in closed loop...

you don't need 60lb injectors if you are just going w/ 8lbs and using your stock maf.

Yes, 42lb FRPP are EV1 and if you go 60lb make sure they are EV1

You don't but if you get them at a decent price not gonna hurt to have/run them now and be ready for future upgrades

I would buy them from AM and not RPMOutlet. I've ordered from both. AM has excellent customer service. RPMOutlet doesn't. RPMOutlet has a reputation for subsituting parts, shipping partial orders and backorder the rest. I haven't been to their website for a long time but you need to read their policies. The last time I looked you could not cancel an order for a backordered item. You had only 10 days to return items. You cannot return items without a return authorization. They would not give a refund only credit for your next purchase.

I've read posts where they have shipped part of a suspension and backordered the rest for weeks. But you still get charged full price. My problem with them was that they substituted a cheaper TB/Plenum than I wanted and charged me the higher price. Getting the return authorization was difficult. They said they would send it to me three times but didn't. Even with the return authorization they refused to accept delivery the first time and I had to send it back a second time. And even though they had no idea of when the part I wanted would be in stock they refused to refund my money.

Do yourself a favor and buy from AM.
