Default suspension qtn

I'm hoping to get educated on suspensions. Time for a do over- worn bushings, over 100K miles, wheel hop and a 4x4 look. I was thinking Eibach for a 1.5" drop tokico adjustable shocks and struts re-bushing frt lca with new ball joints and new rear lca's and uca's.

Now I'm thinking about the old saying it only costs a little more to go first class. Is it worth it to go tubular K with coil overs in front and back and adjustable rear uca's?

I'd like better handling for the street mainly but I go to the track on occasion and would love to try the twisties some day as well.
