Control Arm - Install
#2
In most cases you have to drop the exhaust to get to all the bolts other wise it's pretty straight forward, the only problem I had was with the lower control arm bolts they were seized to the sleeves, a couple days before I would spray everything down with pb-blaster.

thanks for the info. i was hoping not to deal with the exhaust, but looking at the upper mounting bolts, it looks that way. figures, i just put the exhaust on recently. atleast i know how it comes off.

If the bolts aren't seized in the bushings it will be very easy. LCAs are 4 bolts and 4 nuts and both are off. I unfortunately had to take mine to a shop because my passenger side bolt on the chassis side would not come off. I tried getting an angle grinder up there and tried melting it but nothing worked.

I was able to install all with the exhaust intact. The only part that was tough on my car was getting the upper control arm fronts into position. Took a little persuading to get them in there and lined up. Other than that is pretty easy. Thankfully I didn't need any air tools/plasma rifles/carpet bombs to get my bolts/nuts out.

If you can get the bolts out the rest is easy, I just swithced my lowers took me less than an hour.
