Default heater core question plug the manifold??

im removing all the crap behind the dash..finally got that out...but i see only 1 line coming off the intake to the heater core...on other cars that ive yanked the a/c i ran the 2 lines together to bypass the lines...what do i do here...plug the one line coming off the manifold in the back and be done with it?

if you've removed the dash, why would you plug the heater core when you couldve done that from the engine bay?? if you're already back there, it would make more sense to just replace it. last i checked they're $50 from autozone

the heater core lines run from the passenger side of the intake manifold from the back.

i got rid of it all completely. i had to remove the dash to get the big box out from behind it. i removed everything from behind the dash, and at the moment im fabing up a pipe that will hold the steering wheel in place so i can get rid of the 65 pound metal plate behind the dash. with it off the dash, the dash comes in at 16 pounds. =)

yea, i kinda have no choice anymore. i drove the car to ocean city which is about a 90 minute drive...on the way down i broke down twice, was able to cheaply fix and then on the way home i broke the trans or rear main seal(havent broken it down to check which one) and i broke the rear gears. so the car i guess cant hold up to the sorry roads around here.
