Default depressurization of the fuel system?

anyone know how to relieve pressure on the fuel system? its a stock system so if you if you have any links to a manual that would tell me how to do it that would be helpful as well.

It depends on whether or not your '03 has a Schrader valve on the fuel rail, or not:
The valve went away in the mid-2003 MY production...

if the car has been sitting for a few hours, the system will already be depressurized for the most part.
