Well ported NPI can be made to outflow stock PI from what I understand and I'm pretty sure it involves bigger valves too. And like others have stated above, the heads are not the only problem. The NPI intake is straight garbage along with the NPI cams.

Nick at Mod head shop can port non pi heads to almost the same numbers as a pi head. BUT, id go trick flow if i coud do it over again instead of ported pi heads. and if u port non pi heads u can have the intake and the coolant port shaped to fit a pi intake setup. i know someone who has had it done.

the guy porting a spare set of pi heads i bought, got 325 rwhp out of them. im not sure of the cams used.
edit, 325 out of the previous heads he ported. mines getting ported now
