1200 RPM Idle

1200 RPM Idle
So after installing the Kenne Bell on my car i am having issues with idling. My cars idle will not drop below 1000 rpm and usually stays around 1200 rpm. I searched around for a vac leak and couldn't find anything obvious. If i unplug the TPS the idle will drop to 600 rpm, and with a blip of the throttle will only return to 600 rpm after hanging at 100 rpm for a half a second or so. Any ideas?

has it been tuned and all that?
Possibly your TPS? I know that my idle is around 6-700, and while moving (with the clutch in) it will cruse at ~1k until the car makes a complete stop, then drops to 6-700. I am pretty sure this is normal though, it is meant to keep rpms up while moving for optimal break operation and such (I think)

The car is running the KB tune, i want to get a custom tune done but i didn't want to bring it in broken. It should be running good on the KB tune. IDK maybe ill just bring it in to get the custom tune done as it sits now.
