OK, Looked there and looked all over and its not there! Could it have been removed? and Why? If it has been removed, could one be reinstalled? WTF?

take a picture of under your steering wheel. It's a black plug that could be elusive.

Like Cliffy said reach your right hand under there when sitting in the car and feel for it.

Or just stik your head under.

+1, just start from your gas pedal and follow it up the right wall, its kind of hidden, run your hand over it.
