I did indeed search, but a couple months ago my driver side window refused to go up. I came back a few hours later and it went up fine, I haven't had a problem since. Today the same thing happened, I waited a few hours and it isn't going up. I pulled the window switch panel off and tested everything. Power to and from. I also tested the relay under the dash and that is also fine. Is there anything else I can test before I have to pull the entire door panel off? I don't think it's the motor because it did the same thing before. I'm thinking it's either a bad connection at the window motor or a short somewhere because the fuel gauge randomly lit up today for a minute. The cd changer also started rotating through CD's by itself. When I press the window down button for the driver side I can hear the relay under the dash click but not when I press it for the passenger side.
Any ideas would be great. Thanks.

The motor has a dead spot, super common problem. True fix is to replace the motor.. want to know how I'd fix it?? Beat the bottom of the door with your hand while pressing up on the switch. It works every time. And in a couple weeks if it sticks again do the same thing.. Way cheaper then replacing the motor

hold the button down(with the power on of course) and slam the door shut.

It does have dead spot in the motor. Tried beating the door with my hand gently and it worked. Now I remember closing the door and that's when it happened.
