Default Coolant leak

Hello everyone

I have a 1999 4.6 automatic, about 2 weeks ago it started missing once the car gets warm, stuttering/falling on its face when you take off from a stop, step down on the gas harder and it clears up and goes

eventually it got worse and would just die, changed the plugs and everything was fine again for about a week, started doing it all over again

upon closer inspection, the right front of the lower intake is cracked and leaking, its right near the number 1 injector, there is a large(ish) brass looking bolt threaded into the intake, sealed the crack with JB weld, however its still leaking coolant around the bolt, it fills the little hole up all around the injector, could this be causing the miss? or is it simply the leak itself

looses coolant albeit very slowly, not a bad leak, took it to a repair shop to have it checked out, one shop said transmission, another said headgasket and that number 5 cylinder was dead, this was all the first time, changed the plugs after that and it was fine for awhile, as i mentioned.. none of them found the leak on the intake

any advice would be much appreciated

the misfire goes away when you change plugs because coolant leaking gets into the spark plug wells and causes misfires. you dont even have to change the plugs to get the misfire away, just spray out the wells and dry off the cops.

if the intake manifold is cracked, replace it. you can get a brand new replacement for 180$ or less with all gaskets or a used one and get new gaskets. you can get a compression check done to see if the head gasket is gone or not.
