Okay... I can't really tell by what you've said, and this might look like a stupid answer... Kind of off the wall.
But I had a "squeaking" noise on my 04 GT when I would accelerate. It had nothing to do with the wheels or anything like that. I couldn't figure out what it was. Then I was washing my car one day and heard somewhat of the same squeak. Turns out the windshield cowling was being moved around in the wind and squeaking because a pin or something was broken. Just needed a little replacement and everything is good and quiet again now.

Thanks for the suggestion, took a look at the cowl and its fine.

BUT , i did notice that the noise goes away when i slowly pull the ebrake while driving. A shop suggested that i try that to somewhat isolate the noise to the rear.

I didn't even think of that....yank the rear disc and you will likely find a crudded up dirty sticking brake shoe setup that is out of round and squeaks each time the lope rubs the inside of the drum. Likely a good cleaning and adjustment will fix you up!

I have something similar but it happens when i steer. But lucky m whenever i go to the shop to get it checked out it just happens to go away. But i think your could also be bad busings in the rear like devongarver said.

Hehe. yup that happened to me to. Right when me and the tech went for a test drive the noise went away !!
Anyways it was raining today and the noise wasn't there.
Its been really hot and dry over here for about a month so i guess it affected my bushings or something. DEVONGARVER is probably right. I guess once it got wet/lubricated it made the noise go away.
