Default Throwout Bearing Options

So.... what's THE BEST throwout bearing I can use for my TKO600?

Gonna have the tranny out this weekend, want to replace it with something I can trust to have the **** beaten out of it.

It's to my understanding that the TOB's in our cars go out so often because it's placed in a position where it is loaded more than usual and also because most TOB's are metal, the added heat causes it to dry out faster and start squealing. The Timken one is made of aramid fiber so it's a bit more resistant to heat.

I am with The Cliffster and my pepe White on this one...

Stick OEM or FRPP and recommend you avoid aftermarket TOB's. The Ford design on the SN95 is to have a continuously rotating bearing and they eventually burn up over time. This is why I have the exclusive patent on the Super-Duper, Ultra-Fantastic, Never-before-seen....

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I ****ing love that!!!

Everytime I'm driving, I always put my foot under the pedal to put as much slack in the cable as possible so the TOB isn't touching the PP fingers, this is awesome!

You sir are now my hero; for this week at least. Love it.
