boost issue

He is talking about just swapping the intake, which does not raise compression like the heads do.

These other guys who posted before me know a lot more then I do.... but 295 rwhp seems awfully low for a Paxton 2000. I would think that your rwhp should be more like 350-375. I run the same Supercharger on my car, and make 417 rwhp.
I am at 10 psi aprox.
I have a lot of bolt ons, what bolt ons do you have??
Bolt on intakes and exhaust make a big difference on blown cars vs. N/A.

the 96-98 gt's are non pi. the 96 stock puts down less than 200 to the wheels so i picked up over 100hp from just the supercharger and the tuner estimates that with the intercooler it should make around 340rwhp.

yeah the swapping the PI intake would also be a good idea. I had issue's with it so i just went for the full swap. Although if he did do heads too it wouldn't be hard to make the combustion chamber the what 2.5 cc bigger to keep the C/R
