Default Transmission/ shifting question

Quick question for the transmission folks around here. About once every other day or about every 30 times i try to shift into third gear it's like it's not there, but then moments later after moving the gear shift back to center and back again I'll find it. It's weird, the only way I can describe it is it's like there's a wall blocking me from getting into 3rd. Every other time I shift into 3rd it shifts relatively fine.

Is this a warning sign that I'm gonna have transmission problems with third gear in the future, or is it a clutch issue?

Thanks ahead of time...

IMHO that caused by the shifter

im saying that because when i changed my shifter to MGW it was like there isn't any small blocking like the old shifter does

Shifter = $200 shipped, installation = $0.00 because anyone can do it themselves.

Also, you need to change your transmission fluid and refill with 3.2qts per this TSB.

I ran RP Synchromax for a couple years, however I have found Mobil 1 ATF to be preferable...
