My passenger side rear was also rubbing... I found out that the only way it could have happened was when i went into steep driveways on an angle... The one rear tire would tuck up in the fender, and the other side would gain lots of wheel gap... That's just how it worked..
I had to roll my fenders... Make sure you use a heat gun and definitely use a fender roller. Good luck! Stay off steep inclines for now.
If you never go up steep inclines sideways, then you must have a REAL soft suspension or something
