Default Max Power N/A

With out altering the displacement or compression what is the max power that you can get out of a N/A car? I'm talking stage two cams, and heads, full exhaust, CAI, plenum, TB and dyno tune and any other bolt-on's I may have forgotten.

People have told me 330hp, but I have heard of other people getting into and just over 400? Who is right? Can both be right?

your question is too vague... you say ANY na car.

in a mustang gt with stage2 heads and cams + boltons you will be roughly around 330rwhp so they are correct if thats the car your talking about. if your talking TFS heads with some aggressive cams, i believe over 350 can be hit on a stock displacement 2v.

but an LS1 can break 400rwhp with just a cam and boltons, heads is even more. and there are plenty of cars that can break 400whp NA easy.

so what car are you talking about?

i assume your talking about a 2v, but like MU said, customs cams, Trickflow heads, edelbrock intake..all the bolt ons would prob do 350-360rwhp

I bet you could get a 4v over 400 rwhp with out to much trouble. 2v is about what the others were saying 350 rwhp. If you forged everything and set up the valve train to rev through the roof maybe more but thats alot to do for an n/a.

the record for a 4.6 based motor n/a is 534rwhp on race gas. it was like a 324 big bore stroker 4v..nazmans old car. he made 410rwhp on the stock shortblock with it

You'll be hard pressed to see 400 horsepower N/A out of a two valve. Th easiest and quickest route is usually just to buy a supercharger setup.

400 isnt happening....it can, but not with what ur thinking of doing.

350-360 is doable on good heads cams and full boltons
